All products purchased from us or an authorized retailer come with 1 year‘s warranty unless otherwise stated. Please keep your "LRT Warranty Label" and purchase receipt to prove the purchase date during the warranty period. Customers must present the purchase receipt and our Warranty Label to be eligible for the service.

Our Customer Service Centre accommodates our end-users’ warranty needs. Some problems with the products may be resolved over the phone. Customers may consider calling us before a physical visit to save the hassle.
